Rosendo was making his way up a structure to perform an insulation job, and upon reaching the second floor he noticed several extremely hot steel braided hoses going across the walkway. The hoses were hanging approximately 18 inches from ground level. At that moment, Rosendo took action and set up a barricade so that no one tried to crossover the hazard and leaving no other option than to take a different route.
