Brock’s Managed Services group in the Technical Services Department was contracted to perform a plant wide Energy Appraisal. The appraisal found 654 items of deficient insulation that were allowing BTU’s to be lost, costing the customer $1.2 mil in extra fuel (energy) costs. The appraisal team utilized a data collection app for the first time on one-half of the scope, saving 67% of the office time to generate the final report. The dashboard shown was created with the findings and provided to the customer.
