Justin Martinez Awarded with Brock’s Gold Coin

Brock team member, Justin Martinez, was awarded with Brock’s Gold Coin for intervening with another contractor’s employee for using a recalled harness. Justin, who works at the BASF site in Port Arthur, Texas, noticed the contractor using the Nano-Lok Edge SRL, which had been recalled on July 29th. Justin immediately stopped the work, brought the contractor down and informed him about the gear. The client appreciated the intervention and brought it to the attention of Corey Walker, Brock’s HSE Manager. This is a prime example of our Bsafe and Bbest culture.
