Rachel Minter, an Insulator with Brock for 3 years, was climbing a permanent ladder cage and noticed that the ladder was unstable. She identified that the concrete support at the bottom of the ladder was cracked, allowing the ladder cage to be unstable and move while in use creating a safety hazard. She flagged the ladder cage and reported the hazard to her supervisor who then reported the hazard to Brock safety. Brock safety reported the hazard to the customer’s safety team who put in a work order to repair the ladder cage. She was given a Brock Golden Coin for this good catch.
