The Company name will be “Brock”. The legal entity will be Brock Services, LLC.

Are you recognizing our years of service?

Yes, you will be credited for your continuous years of service with United Rentals.

Will our email addresses change?

Over the coming weeks your email will be migrated away from the UR domain to new brockgroup.com (https://www.brockgroup.com)addresses. Email signature guidance and new business cards will be provided by the Brock Marketing Team.

Can I continue to keep using my company Credit Card / PCard?

Yes, use your existing card through April 30th. On May 1st you will be provided with a Brock Group company credit card that will replace your current company card. Training in Brock T&E policies and expense report procedures will be provided.

Will there be a public announcement?

Yes, a public press release will be circulated on/after May 1st.

Will there be an industry announcement, specifically to our clients?

We will announce this transition to our customer base upon Closing (on/after May 1st).

How will travel be handled?

Continue to travel with management approvals.

Will we be a public or private company with the new owners?

We will be a privately held company.

Who will handle the new branding?

Brock’s Marketing Team will be able to provide branding strategies/solutions, and related marketing materials and event support.

What is the headcount of the combined company?

The combined headcount will be roughly 13,000 employees throughout North America.

Will our business locations move to a Brock ERP and related systems?

Yes, we plan to integrate you fully into the Brock business systems. Training will be provided.

The programs have similarities in that they are both comprehensive programs that provide protection for you and your family. There are differences in cost and coverage, and Brock is committed to providing an adjustment credit to ensure that your Brock cost for similar benefits remains consistent with the of coverage at UR. The credit will be calculated and communicated after you select your Brock benefits. Overall, with the adjustment credit, the combined cost and value of your benefits will be similar to or greater than what you have today. In essence, this plan is designed to maintain the cost of benefits at parity with what you had under the Unted Rentals benefit programs. You will have options regarding your 401(k) account. You may choose to roll over your existing 401(k) balance from UR into the Brock‑sponsored 401(k) plans managed by Fidelity, or you may keep your existing balance with UR and open a new 401(k) account with Brock. This decision is entirely yours. If you currently have an outstanding 401(k) loan, it is important to note that if your account and loan are not rolled over, the remaining loan balance will be treated as a taxable distribution under the UR 401(k) plan.
