PROJECT SCOPE
Reconfiguring largest of three crude distillation units and adding new coking capacity and associated processing units.

DESIGN GOAL
Increase heavy oil processing capability and upgrade environmental performance. Modernization project expected to increase gasoline production by 15% while raw material remains near current levels.
