At Brock Group, safety is more than a priority, it’s a core value embedded into everything we do. That’s why we’re incredibly proud to be recognized at the 2025 Industry Business Roundtable (IBR) and Houston Area Safety Council (HASC) Safety Excellence Awards (SEA) with two distinguished honors:

🏆Best in Class - Soft Craft, Large Division

🏆Outstanding Recognition Award (Most Nominations Across the IBR Audit Footprint)

These awards are a powerful testament to the unwavering dedication of our teams, leaders, and partners who show up every day with a shared commitment to safety.

What the Awards Represent

The Safety Excellence Awards are among the most respected honors in our industry. Each year, the IBR SEA program recognizes contractors and subcontractors in the Texas Gulf Coast Area for outstanding safety performance and on-the-job safety promotion.

The program is built not only to recognize excellence but also to share best practices and raise the bar for safety across the industry. Every participating company goes through a rigorous two-step process involving:

  1. Initial Evaluation – Comprehensive review of safety performance, programs, and historical data.

  2. Field Audit – In-depth site audits conducted by cross-functional teams of asset owners and contractor peers.

The final result: an unbiased, structured scoring process that highlights companies with exceptional safety cultures.

What “Best in Class” Means

To be named Best in Class in the Soft Craft - Large Division means that Brock Group’s safety program not only met but exceeded industry standards, across documentation, field performance, training, and innovation. Only one company per category receives this top recognition, making this an incredibly prestigious achievement.

Our safety programs stood out for their thoroughness, effectiveness, and forward-thinking approach, demonstrating world-class best practices that others can learn from.

Outstanding Recognition: A Culture of Safety Everywhere

In addition to Best in Class, Brock Group also received the Outstanding Recognition Award for having the most nominations across the IBR audit footprint. This distinction underscores the consistency of our safety performance at multiple work sites, for a diverse range of clients and projects.

It’s one thing to shine in one place, it’s another to be a trusted safety leader across the industry.
