Brock Group Names Warren Smith and Mario Garza to Key Leadership Roles in Texas

HOUSTON, TX – Brock Group has announced two strategic leadership appointments. Warren Smith has been named President and Mario Garza as Vice President and General Manager of Brock Texas. These promotions reinforce Brock Texas’ commitment to growth and innovation while honoring the strong foundation built by previous leaders.

Smith, a 24-year veteran of Brock, will succeed Ron Lang, who is retiring after 21 years of distinguished service. Smith has held numerous leadership roles and consistently demonstrates operational excellence, customer focus, and a deep commitment to the company’s workforce and culture. His experience and steady leadership make him exceptionally well-suited to lead Brock Texas into its next chapter.

Garza joined Brock Group in 2018 and has been instrumental in driving field execution, customer relationships as well as team development. This new role reflects both his contributions to date and Brock’s confidence in his continued impact going forward.
