There have been several significant developments regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus in North America and around the world. As a result, The Brock Group is taking steps to continue mitigating the hazards associated with the illness and protect our most important asset, you, our people. For this reason, we are enacting these precautions to minimize the impact of COVID-19.

Effective immediately:

• We ask any employee exhibiting the signs and symptoms listed below to stay home, consult with their local Health provider and provide regular updates to their supervisor
• We ask that you adopt a “no hand-shake / no high five” approach and where necessary adopt a 6-ft. social buffer zone when addressing individuals in person
• Limit business related travel to only that essential to operating our business
• Conduct meetings by phone or video wherever possible
• Employees who have traveled for business or personal reasons to any high-risk coronavirus area, have had family members who have done so, and/or who have been in proximity to anyone suspected of having or confirmed with the virus within the last 14 days, to self-isolate at home for 14 days and notify their Brock supervisor immediately
• For those with laptop computers, take them home with you at the end of each business day to ensure you can work from home if instructed to do so
