Job Summary
Reporting to Regional President, the Vice President of Operations will lead the day to day operations of the business region and will advise the Regional President on the execution and direction of the region’s financial performance, operations, and strategy. The position holder will ensure that the region achieves sustainable performance that enhances the company’s reputation in the market place, with customers, and in the communities where the company does business, in a safe and ethical manner.

Education and Experience
• A combination of education and experience will be likely to produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform well in this position.
• At least eight years of strong operational experience.
• Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
• Experience in leading safe, reliable operations across multiple geographies and product service lines
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain a talented employee population
• Understanding of both macro environment and industry specific factors impacting the company and its business

Financial Reporting Manager

Financial Reporting Manager

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Brock Services – East Vice President of Finance, the role is responsible for all areas relating to regional financial reporting and analysis; ensuring the accurate recording of revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities. Support senior management decision making with the provision of accurate, relevant and insightful historic and forward looking data.

Education and Experience:
• BA/BS with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance preferred; 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be PC proficient and strong experience with MS office and Excel and other large automated accounting systems.
• Leadership experience in training, motivating, and developing employees preferred.

QA/QC Inspector (New Jersey Area)

QA/QC Inspector

The QA/AC Inspector is responsible for reviewing process and procedures for compliance with Brock work practices and the customers’ contract expectations. The inspector prepares reports and assist in developing corrective actions for noncompliance. NACE Level II or III required and candidate must demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of coating applications, methods and recognized industry standards.

• NACE Level 2 or 3
• Excellent computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Must be willing to work overtime, if required
• Must be able to complete accurate & detailed reports
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Physically able to climb/walk to perform inspection task
