Management Training Philosophy
Recognizing employees as our greatest resource, we understand training to be a
critical link to continued success. Through two carefully instituted programs,
Craft Skills Assessment and Craft Skill Training, we are able to ensure that
our employees maintain a superior level of competence on the job. This
translates into more value for our clients as well as enhanced safety, job
enrichment, career development and advancement opportunities for our
employees.
Accredited Assessment and Training Center
With accreditation through the
National Center for Education and Research (NCCER) as an Accredited Assessment
Center and Training Unit, we provide clients with Qualified Craft Employees.
Using NCCER guidelines, we now have the administrative flexibility for craft
skill assessment and training methodology. This affords us the most
cost-effective manner of training.
Multi-Skilled Crafts Persons
The
availability of multi-skilled craftsmen offers our clients greater flexibility
of work assignments with a smaller workforce. This multi-skilling or “flex
crew” concept also increases employee retention, motivation, and earning
potential.
