Management Safety Philosophy
There is no greater concern in any
industry than the personal safety and health of the individual. “Safety first”
is thoroughly integrated
throughout the Brock. Through our proactive safety program,
potential hazards are identified, evaluated, and effectively controlled,
preventing on the job incidences and their related consequences. Committed to an
“incident free work environment”, Brock personnel are able to provide highly
productive services.

Beginning with the concept “safety is a journey, not a
destination”, Brock uses up-stream indicators, as well as statistical analysis,
to measure
safety performance and improvement. With close management and supervision, while
empowering employees to actively participate in the
direction of their safety program, Brock’s goal of “employee ownership” is the guiding principle that every employee is to be treated with
dignity and respect. |
 Brock’s experience with VPP sites is extensive. Our
Corporate Director of Safety, Mr. Tony Huval and our entire safety group have
been instrumental in assisting sites gain and maintain their VPP status. Brock
has valuable experience in the VPP process in that we have completed ten (10)
OSHA audits and have been recommended for VPP STAR Status for all ten (10)
