Maintenance Insulation Management System
There are two objectives to the
Insulation Program, improving reliability and enhancing operational
integrity, but the steps to achieve them are not so few. From
evaluating and planning routine maintenance, capital projects and
turnaround projects, the total insulation function must be assessed.
This includes selecting the proper insulation, energy efficiency, corrosion under insulation, asbestos
identification and removal, preventive maintenance, and burn and
freeze protection. In-depth plans are developed for repair,
production, or mechanically driven projects.

Scaffolding Management System
With Brock's state-of-the-art Scaffold Tracking System,
a complete inventory control profile is established. Piece count and
scaffold aging are accurately controlled. Scaffolding installations,
revisions, and dismantling schedules are closely monitored. |
