The
Brock Group of Companies is proud to offer a range of benefits for our
employees. All employees receive life and accidental death and disability
coverage after completing three months with the company. Employees with a
year of service can participate in the Brock 401K program, where, based on IRS
regulations and guidelines, up to 25% of income per year can be tax deferred.
A portion of the employee’s savings is matched by a generous contribution from
the company. Employees eligible for benefits can also purchase supplemental
life, dental, and short-term disability insurance, at group rates.
All
management, group administration, and craftspeople reaching foreman or above
are eligible for vacation and group medical.
